One of the company's priorities is to create an educational environment in the field of energy:

  • development and supply of unique equipment in modern areas of energy;
  • development of educational programs for training mentors of children's teams;
  • methodological support for teachers in the field of additional education;
  • development and implementation of educational programs for children;
  • organizing and conducting thematic educational project sessions;
  • staging the First Element all-Russian contest and the ProjectH international contest;
  • participation in the organization of several Russian and international competitions (e. g. Horizon Hydrogen Grand Prix, School of Real Affairs);
  • creation of a student design bureau together with Russian universities.

Applications
Educational and methodical stands, sets for project activities and research equipment
  • Advanced technical learning tools as part of training stands and training program with a specialization in STEM (science and technology education), clearly demonstrating to students the principles of work of new promising energy sources. The training manuals use reduced, but fully operational units of real systems operating in the new energy industry (PEMFC, solar and wind generators, redox storage).
Training courses and methodological support
  • Courses "Energy" and "Electronics and circuitry" have a modular structure. Each module, based on a specific case, ends with the implementation of an educational project. This approach allows students to acquire not only professional qualifications, but also a set of general competencies, such as soft skills.
  • Courses and project shifts for basic and additional education, which adapt the topics studied at school in physics and chemistry to the energy sector of the region, as applied to its climatic, geographical and socio-economic characteristics.
  • Training programs for additional professional education on new and mobile energy sources for participants in the real economy sector: transport, telecommunications, energy, etc.
  • Digital twins of stands. This technology provides access to a full-fledged educational process for students from remote areas.
Competitions in the field of new energy
  • "First Element", a competition held among youth engineering teams in the field of new energy. The task is to independently design and manufacture a radio-controlled model of a hybrid car based on a hydrogen fuel cell.
  • "ProjectH", an engineering competition that provides participants with maximum freedom in choosing projects, with the only key condition being the availability of a result in terms of energy efficiency.
  • Competition of mentors in energy – within the framework of this competition, mentors from schools, children's technology parks and other forms of classroom and extracurricular activities develop new cases for use in the educational process.
