Microtubular solid oxide
fuel cells
A solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is one of the types of fuel cells in which compositions based on metal oxides are used as material for electrolytes and electrodes, the activity of which increases with growing temperature. The highest output of SOFC is achieved in the temperature range of 600-900° C, the efficiency reaches 60%.
One of the most important advantages of SOFC in comparison with other types of fuel cells is a wide range of fuel types used: hydrogen, alcohols, hydrocarbons, synthesis gas.
Microtubular SOFC generators have higher specific characteristics compared to classical SOFC solutions. Low start-up time allows them to be used as compact power sources for a wide range of applications in the capacity range from 10 W to 1 kW.

membranes fuel cells
PEMFC is the main type of low-temperature (operating in the temperature range from 0 ° C to 100 ° C) fuel cells (FC).

A polymer membrane of micron thickness is used as an electrolyte in PEMFC. The main fuel for PEMFC is hydrogen. The fuel has certain purity requirements, the most important being low CO content.

PEMFC can operate in a wide range of ambient temperatures, is easy to operate and has high specific capacity characteristics (capacity per unit weight and capacity per unit volume).

PEMFC is primarily used in in transport powertrains, since almost 100% of hydrogen-powered cars use PEMFC.

Flow batteries
Redox flow battery is an electrochemical storage device where energy is stored in electrolytes due to the reduction-oxidation (redox) reactions that occur in them under the influence of an electric current.

A unique feature of flow batteries is the independence of the storage capacity of a battery from its output capacity The storage capacity is determined by the volume of the electrolyte, and the output capacity is determined by the discharge characteristics of the membrane-electrode block, where chemical energy of the electrolyte is converted into electrical energy.

Redox flow batteries are scalable and can be easily adapted to the needs of the consumers. The operating temperature range can be adapted to specific requirements by changing the composition of the electrolyte and is in the range from -30 to 50 ° C.
The advantage of redox flow batteries is a high service life - 20,000
